1. Platform access

Daktem provides commerce tools that help merchants create stores, manage products, receive orders, operate checkout flows, and organize customer purchase activity.

Merchant workspace Store settings, product catalog, order management, delivery workflow, customer records, and account tools.

Customer flow Storefront browsing, cart, checkout, order confirmation, and order tracking where available.

2. Merchant responsibility

Merchants are responsible for their products, prices, descriptions, customer communication, delivery promises, taxes, and legal compliance in their market.

3. Acceptable use

Merchants must not use Daktem for fraud, spam, illegal goods, misleading offers, stolen content, abusive activity, or actions that harm customers, other merchants, or the platform.

4. Orders, payments, and delivery

Daktem may support Cash on Delivery and other payment workflows. Merchants remain responsible for confirming order details, fulfilling purchases, handling delivery issues, and resolving customer questions unless otherwise agreed.

COD workflow Merchants should keep order status, payment state, shipping information, and tracking details accurate.

Customer trust Clear communication, realistic delivery promises, and honest product details help protect customer confidence.

5. Account actions

Daktem may restrict, suspend, review, or remove accounts or stores that violate platform rules, create operational risk, affect customer trust, or misuse platform services.

6. Updates

These terms may change as Daktem services evolve. Continued use of Daktem means accepting the updated terms.
